Challenge

Ein-des-ein faced difficulties in scaling its AWS infrastructure due to budget constraints. Solution

Ein-des-ein enlisted specialists from Partnerway to review its SaaS subscriptions and identify opportunities for savings by securing discounts on various non-AWS SaaS tools. Many of the company's subscriptions were conveniently up for renewal in the spring of 2024, allowing Partnerway to negotiate favorable discounts on several of them.

As a result, Partnerway freed up significant room in Ein-des-ein’s budget, allowing the company to scale its AWS resources without increasing overall costs.

In addition to optimizing SaaS spending, Partnerway helped Ein-des-ein enhance its AWS environment by implementing Auto Scaling for EC2 instances and configuring Elastic Load Balancing to manage increased traffic during their growth.
